Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Discounted or sale items (unless received damaged or defective).

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, within 7–10 working days.

Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange your product (e.g., different color or model), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@genzstyle.pk or WhatsApp us at 0324-7930131 with unboxing pictures/videos.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
